Reservation Policy

  • Reservations are received with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice
  • A 100% deposit is required to confirm accommodation, payable by bank transfer or PayPal
  • Optional activities and extra services are paid on-site or in advance when they require prior booking
  • Late checkout until 2:00 PM is free if lunch is reserved; extension between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM costs 10 USD per person and should be coordinated the day before departure
  • Children under two years old stay free when sharing the room with parents
  • Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted on the property

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are refundable minus banking costs if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before arrival
  • The booking may also be postponed or transferred when notice is given in time
  • Later cancellations are treated as no-show and the reservation is lost
  • No reductions or refunds apply to late arrivals or early departures
  • If a guest becomes ill or shortens the stay, the resulting cost remains the responsibility of the guest
